vHive was designed by busy people like you who worried in the past that not enough bods would lend a hand, stressed over last minute phone calls and frantically blasted emails with spreadsheet attachments – in the hope that they would pull off a spectacular event. People who know just how important fundraising is and that without other volunteers it simply cannot happen.

It was borne out of necessity and it works because it straightforwardly gets the job done. Yes there is some beautiful technology at it’s heart but vHive isn’t the brainchild of nerds – it’s like signing up to help on a piece of paper but sharing that in a virtual space where everyone can do the same, real time at the same time.

Once you have registered yourself and the organization you represent our step-by-step process makes it easy to see how you create the first event and decide which tasks need doing, when, where and how many helpers are required. We have even prepared a set of ready-made templates to automate a number of popular event types.
